U.S. shipping & delivery

Standard U.S. shipping starts at $9.99. Orders over $250 qualify for free U.S. shipping. Confirm the final shipping charge in PayPal before paying.

Estimated delivery is up to 14 business days after payment, including processing and transit, excluding weekends and holidays. If additional time is needed, we will notify you with an updated estimate. For an unshipped order, you may agree to the delay or cancel for a refund.

International orders

Shipping rates, availability and delivery estimates depend on destination and package weight. International checkout is not available until those rates are configured. U.S. rates and free shipping do not apply internationally. Customs may delay delivery. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees are paid by the buyer unless included at checkout or required otherwise by law.

Returns & refunds

Request a return through your PayPal transaction within 7 calendar days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required: a PayPal transaction ID, receipt or order confirmation.

Voluntary returns are accepted only if the product and its original packaging are unopened, unused and in original condition. Opened, worn, washed or customer-damaged items are not eligible for a voluntary refund or replacement and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Contact us before returning an item. The buyer pays change-of-mind return shipping. Approved refunds follow return inspection.

Damaged, incorrect or missing goods

Contact us promptly through your PayPal transaction with proof of purchase and any available photos. Retain packaging to assist investigation. The unopened-only rule does not exclude remedies for defective or incorrect goods or other rights required by law. Statutory and applicable PayPal dispute rights remain unaffected.

This policy does not provide extra insurance or guarantee PayPal coverage. Any coverage is subject to the relevant provider’s terms and eligibility.
